The standard model roundness measuring machine boasts top level accuracy. Features such as opposed diameter measurement and taper measurement are also enhanced. Surface roughness measurement is also possible if Rs model is selected.

■ Opposite Diameter Measurement Function (Patented)
Ability to measure diameter of inner and outer diameter with high repetition accuracy. By using two measurement data of 0 ° and 180 °, an evaluation algorithm that cancels error due to temperature change or bus line deviation is standard installed.

■ R axis tracking straightness / taper angle measurement function
The R axis follows the surface of the object to be measured, and the taper angle and straightness can be measured. It is recommended for taper measurement exceeding the measuring range of the detector.

■Offset type CNC detector holder (patented)

■ CNC upgrade possible
CNC upgrade of manual machine which demand was high from many users is possible! Even if it is introduced with a manual machine, CNC conversion is possible at the installation place as necessary.

Rs model can be equipped with roughness detector. Roundness measuring machine can measure roughness according to the standard.
